DESCRIPCION DEL PUESTO:

El/la
HR Intern
brindará apoyo administrativo a la función de Recursos Humanos, incluido el mantenimiento de registros, bases de datos y documentos compartidos.

El/la intern debe ser altamente organizado/a y orientado al detalle.

**Importante:

El/la estudiante tiene que estar en posición de poder firmar un anexo de practicas con su universidad o centro de estudios

RESPONSABILIDADES:

Las responsabilidades principales para el/la HR Intern en Legends serían las siguientes:

  • Asistir al equipo con todas las consultas corporativas en materia de RRHH.

  • Asegurar el uso correcto y efectivo, así como la actualización y mantenimiento de nuestro software de gestión (Factorial).

  • Garantizar la comunicación oportuna (y de manera escrita) de cualquier cambio en las condiciones de trabajo de los colaboradores; por ejemplo: ascensos, cambios de puesto de trabajo, salidas, cambios salariales, nuevos contratos…

  • Gestionar todas las inscripciones, cambios y bajas de los colaboradores con respecto a los beneficios corporativos que ofrece la empresa.

  • Llevar un control horario y de ausencias de todos los colaboradores.

  • Creación de descripciones de puesto y otras tareas ad-hoc relacionadas con el proceso de selección + contratación de nuevos perfiles.

  • Asistir en los procesos de selección para todas las vacantes corporativas (filtrado, screening de candidatos y organización de entrevistas presenciales u online…).

  • Participar en cualquier otra tarea o proyecto bajo la guía de la directora o la mánager de RRHH.

CUALIFICACIONES Y HABILIDADES:

  • Estar estudiando una carrera/grado en Relaciones Laborales.

  • Tener conocimiento y experiencia en el manejo de los diversos programas de RRHH relacionado con la Administración de Personal.

  • Tener conocimiento de legislación laboral española.

  • Deseable: experiencia trabajando con gestorías para el ciclo de nómina.

  • Fluidez en inglés tanto a nivel oral como escrito.

  • Buenas habilidades de comunicación, escritas y orales.

  • Muy importante Actitud positiva, implicación, motivación, ganas de aprender, aportar y crecer.

  • Mentalidad de trabajo en equipo.
