Nuestro cliente, empresa internacional de servicio de entrega de flores por cable líder y más conocido del mundo. Cuentan con el respaldo de más de florerías cuidadosamente seleccionadas y altamente calificadas en más de 150 países. Esta empresa opera una tienda web y proporciona la plataforma de TI para el procesamiento de pedidos internacionales y la compensación financiera de nuestras unidades nacionales europeas a nivel mundial.

Estamos buscando un Servicio de Atención al Cliente Internacional para su nueva ubicación en Madrid.

Las principales responsabilidades serán
:


• Envío de pedidos de flores desde nuestra solución de comercio electrónico y florerías afiliadas a todo el mundo.


• Responder llamadas y correos electrónicos de clientes con respecto a pedidos y preguntas generales sobre nuestro sitio web en inglés, alemán, francés e italiano.


• Atender las quejas y resolver los problemas de los clientes por correo electrónico y teléfono y ayudar con el mantenimiento del producto y la base de datos.


• Apoyar a sus floristas internacionales, unidades nacionales y socios en todo el mundo en el contexto del tráfico de pedidos de flores.


• Está dispuesto a trabajar 1-2 veces al mes los sábados por la mañana y festivos.

Requerimientos:

  • Título universitario.

  • 1 año de experiencia en tareas de back-office de atención al cliente.

  • Nivel muy alto de inglés.

  • Nivel alto de francés.

  • Estar acostumbrado a trabajar de forma independiente y en equipo y tener buenas habilidades para el uso de aplicaciones de PC.

  • Experiencia en comercio electrónico internacional muy valorada.
