Únete al equipo de Customer Service de un recocnocido cliente del sector inmobiliario en Madrid
Tu reto:
Serás el motor de la satisfacción del cliente en todas las etapas, desde la preventa hasta la postventa. Te encargarás de ofrecer la información clave, gestionarás la documentación necesaria y te adaptarás a las necesidades de nuestros clientes, asegurando siempre la mejor calidad.
Tus responsabilidades incluirán:
Gestionar cuentas nacionales e internacionales, colaborando con diferentes actores (distribuidores, instaladores, arquitectos, etc.).
Realizar y seguir pedidos, responder consultas y resolver incidencias con rapidez y eficacia.
Elaborar y actualizar documentos importantes (presupuestos, proformas, albaranes…).
Participar en la promoción y venta de productos tanto a nivel nacional como internacional.
Lo que buscamos:
2-4 años de experiencia en Back Office/Customer Service (B2B e industrial, valorados).
Formación en CFGS Administración o similar
Dominio de Office (sobre todo Excel), CRM y ERP.
Valorable Inglés (B2-C1).
