Our team is growing, and we are looking for an Account and Commercial Manager in Madrid, Spain.

THE PERFECT TEAM MEMBER IS INSPIRED TO:

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with existing partners to foster collaboration and mutual growth
  • Act as the primary communication link between key customers and internal teams, ensuring smooth operations and a clear understanding
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of the Company's solutions in alignment with customer needs and expectations
  • Address and resolve any customer issues or complaints promptly to maintain trust and satisfaction
  • Identify opportunities to expand the distribution of Amusnet's casino content, driving revenue growth
  • Execute promotional and business strategies to meet both short- and long-term goals
  • Conduct regular online meetings and in-person visits during exhibitions or at client locations to strengthen engagement and provide support
  • Deliver detailed monthly performance reports that highlight client successes and identify potential areas for growth

THE SKILLS THAT WILL GRAB OUR ATTENTION:

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong focus on identifying revenue-generating opportunities
  • Proven experience in a fast-paced business development or account management role, ideally within the online gambling industry
  • Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Portuguese, both written and verbal. Proficiency in additional languages is a plus
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Willingness and availability to travel as required
