An established and fast-growing
fashion and footwear wholesaler
is seeking an experienced Wholesale
Key Account Manager
to lead and develop key national and strategic wholesale accounts across Spain.

We want a Wholesale Key Account Manager to join a thriving business, you will come from a well-known fashion or footwear background and be able to utilise contacts to open new doors. In addition, you will have the ability to grow and expand existing accounts and partnerships.

This is a highly commercial role with full P&L responsibility at account level, suited to someone who understands wholesale mechanics, buyer decision-making, and how to drive profitable, sustainable growth through long-term retail partnerships.

You will own key wholesale relationships end-to-end, managing range selection, pricing, margins, distribution, and seasonal trading performance while acting as a strategic partner to your accounts.

Key Responsibilities

* Own and develop a portfolio of key national and strategic wholesale accounts, including major retailers and online partners

* Deliver against seasonal sales, volume, margin, and distribution targets

* Drive range expansion, door growth, and new product introductions

* Lead commercial negotiations including pricing, margin, markdown support, and annual trading agreements

* Build senior-level relationships with buyers, merchandisers, and supply chain teams

* Leverage existing relationships with target wholesale customers to accelerate growth

* Provide regular market intelligence on competitor activity, pricing, and wholesale trends

Skills & Experience Required

* Proven experience as a Key Account Manager / National Account Manager / Wholesale Account Manager within fashion, footwear or apparel.

* Strong understanding of wholesale trading models, margins, and account profitability

* Confident commercial negotiator with strong numerical and forecasting capability

* Analytical, structured, and highly organised

* Comfortable influencing buyers and presenting at senior level

* Passion for fashion, footwear, and wholesale retail environments
