Buscamos un/a
International Customer Service (H/M/X)
para una compañía referente en soluciones hidráulicas orientadas a la gestión eficiente del agua. Se trata de una posición estable, a jornada completa, con proyección de desarrollo profesional.

Principales responsabilidades del puesto

  • Gestión y registro de pedidos de clientes internacionales, garantizando exactitud y cumplimiento de plazos.
  • Seguimiento integral del pedido, desde la fabricación hasta la entrega final.
  • Comunicación continua y proactiva con los clientes para asegurar una experiencia de servicio de calidad.
  • Coordinación con equipos técnico-comerciales y otros departamentos internos (producción, logística, calidad).
  • Gestión y resolución de incidencias y reclamaciones, aportando soluciones eficaces.
  • Elaboración de informes de seguimiento y apoyo en el análisis de KPIs del área.

¿Qué están buscando?

  • Experiencia previa en atención al cliente en empresas industriales o entornos técnicos.
  • Interés por el comercio internacional y la gestión de clientes globales.
  • Nivel alto de inglés (imprescindible).
  • Conocimientos básicos de logística internacional e Incoterms.
  • Buenas habilidades de comunicación, organización y orientación al detalle.
  • Se valorará experiencia en el sector hidráulico, riego, conducciones o sectores afines.
