Responsable de Canales Online y Customer Service
.

¿Qué harás en tu día a día?

  • Gestionar y optimizar los
    portales de venta online propios
    para maximizar las ventas.
  • Administrar y mejorar el rendimiento de nuestros perfiles en
    marketplaces
    como
    El Corte Inglés Online, Amazon, Tradeinn, Miravia, Deporvillage
    , entre otros.
  • Preparar y actualizar
    catálogos en Excel
    para la correcta publicación de productos en los diferentes canales.
  • Gestionar incidencias y ofrecer un
    customer service
    eficaz y resolutivo.
  • Investigar y evaluar
    nuevos marketplaces
    donde potenciar la presencia de nuestras marcas.

¿Qué buscamos?

  • +1 año de experiencia
    gestionando marketplaces similares a los mencionados.
  • Conocimientos de
    Shopify
    y
    WordPress
    .
  • Agilidad con Excel
    (imprescindible).
  • La gestión de redes sociales será un
    plus
    , aunque no es el foco principal del rol.
  • Nivel medio de inglés
    .
