Are you fluent in Dutch and passionate about sales and customer service? Do you want to play a key role in developing the Dutch market in an international company? Then this might be the role for you.

Your tasks will include:

  • Handle incoming customer inquiries primarily from the Dutch market via phone, email, and chat
  • Provide excellent customer service and guide customers to the best solutions
  • Follow up on quotes and support long-term customer relationships
  • Actively contribute to the growth and development of the Dutch market
  • Collaborate with colleagues across departments to ensure outstanding customer experience

We are looking for a service-minded colleague

We're looking for someone who speaks and writes Dutch and English fluently (additional languages are a plus). Furthermore, we expect that you:

  • Have a valid NIE and lives close to Fuengirola (this is not a remote position)
  • Have experience in sales and/or customer service
  • Are service-minded, proactive, and structured
  • Enjoy daily communication with customers and colleagues
