Job Description

As
Customer Service Representativ
e you will support our customers to ensure the quality of the services provided through different channels (email and phone).

What you'll do:

  • Lead Management: Qualify high-potential leads and engage with customers via calls, emails, and chats.
  • Dealer Assistance: Support dealerships with vehicle distribution, transport, documentation, and logistics.
  • CRM & Sales Optimization Maintain accurate records and drive lead-to-sales conversion.

Qualifications:

  • Fluent in Czech and at least one of the following languages: Dutch, Swedish, Italian, French, or German, along with English (minimum B2 level).
  • Great communica
    tor: You know how to speak with people, both on the phone and through written messages, and you love making connections.
  • Build rapport with customers
  • Detail-oriented & organized
  • Tech-sa
    vvy: You are comfortable using customer management software (CRM) to track and manage interactions.

Experience is a
plus: If you've worked in customer service, or any people-focused role before, that's even better
