, we're growing our Barcelona team into a key European hub. With a strong presence in France, Spain and Germany, we're now expanding across Europe, focusing on the
Benelux market
.

Location: Barcelona, Spain (on-site)

Start date: February/March 2026

Language: Fluent Dutch and English (French is a big plus)

What you'll do:

IT Recruitment (360°)

  • You'll manage the full recruitment process for tech profiles (Cloud, Data, Dev, CRM, SAP…):
  • Source candidates proactively via LinkedIn, job boards, and your network
  • Conduct in-depth interviews to assess both technical skills and cultural fit
  • Support candidates throughout the recruitment process
  • Negotiate contract terms (salary, start date, etc.)

Business Development

  • You'll build your own client portfolio by:
  • Actively prospecting via cold calls, email outreach and networking
  • Identifying new opportunities and generating qualified leads
  • Negotiating commercial terms
  • Building strong, long-term relationships with your partners

Network Building

You'll build a strong network in the tech ecosystem and become a trusted partner for both clients and candidates

Skills We're Looking For:

  • Fluent Dutch and English speaker – this role is for our Benelux market team
  • Commercial background (business development, account manager, real estate, call center, etc.)
  • Strong sales mindset – you love to pitch, prospect, and close deals
  • Dynamic, proactive, ambitious, and looking for a real challenge
  • Curious about the tech/IT industry and want to grow in a booming sector
