With a growing pipeline, active partnerships, and demand from high-growth clients outpacing our delivery capacity, we're looking for someone who genuinely loves execution and wants zero responsibility for business development.

This role exists so the founder can focus on partnerships, growth and client relationships while you fully own search execution.

Your mission

Own the 
end-to-end delivery
 of contingency recruitment roles across 
EMEA and North America
, working directly with founders and senior leaders in the HotelTech ecosystem.

You will:

  • Build and refine your own delivery processes from scratch
  • Onboard new clients and take detailed role briefings
  • Turn briefs into strong, qualified candidate pipelines
  • Source, screen and qualify candidates
  • Build longlists and shortlists
  • Manage candidates through interview stages
  • Partner closely with the founder on final shortlists and offers
  • Build processes from scratch

What you'll be doing

  • Proactive sourcing (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, referrals)
  • First-stage candidate interviews (skills, motivation, salary alignment)
  • Writing sharp, concise candidate summaries
  • Managing candidate communication and experience
  • Keeping searches moving fast, clean and transparent
  • Flagging risks early (drop-off, misalignment, availability)

Micromanagement

Attending events

Being forced to post content or create social media videos

Criteria

  • Experience in 
    Hospitality and/or SaaS recruitment
  • International background
  • Fluent in English (Spanish, French or German are a plus)
  • Experience working with founders or boutique recruitment firms

Contract

  • Freelance / contractor basis
  • If we work well together and build something meaningful, there is a clear path to a longer-term role. For the right person, the opportunity to step into a partner-level position with profit participation or equity over time would be considered.
