Languages: Fluent Dutch and English (French is a plus)

What you'll do (we train you from scratch)

This is a
360° role
, mixing
sales, recruitment, and relationship management
.

Business Development & Sales

  • Prospect new clients via calls, emails and social selling
  • Pitch recruitment solutions to decision-makers
  • Negotiate commercial terms

Recruitment & Talent Management

You'll also:

  • Interview and advise candidates on their careers
  • Match talent with client needs
  • Build trust on both client and candidate sides
  • Act as a career partner, not just a salesperson

Background & Mindset

This role is ideal for
commercial, sales-driven profiles
with experience in
client-facing environments
, such as hospitality, retail, telesales, call centers, customer service with KPIs, or entrepreneurship.
