Deine Rolle: Recruitment Consultant

Du kannst als 360-Grad-Recruiter im Vertrieb starten. Mit erstklassigem Training lernst du alles rund um den Rekrutierungsprozess – von Akquise-Anrufen bis zum Vertragsabschluss mit führenden Unternehmen. Dabei bist du entscheidend daran beteiligt, die

passenden Talente für die Bedürfnisse deiner Kunden zu finden.

Das solltest du mitbringen:

  • Deutschkenntnisse: Mindestens B2-Niveau
  • Vertriebserfahrung oder einfach nur Leidenschaft für den Vertrieb
  • Selbstbewusstsein: Du kannst am Telefon überzeugen
