Deine Rolle: Recruitment Consultant
Du kannst als 360-Grad-Recruiter im Vertrieb starten. Mit erstklassigem Training lernst du alles rund um den Rekrutierungsprozess – von Akquise-Anrufen bis zum Vertragsabschluss mit führenden Unternehmen. Dabei bist du entscheidend daran beteiligt, die
passenden Talente für die Bedürfnisse deiner Kunden zu finden.
Das solltest du mitbringen:
- Deutschkenntnisse: Mindestens B2-Niveau
- Vertriebserfahrung oder einfach nur Leidenschaft für den Vertrieb
- Selbstbewusstsein: Du kannst am Telefon überzeugen
- Zielorientierung: Erfolge motivieren dich
- Belastbarkeit: Du meisterst Herausforderungen mit Ehrgeiz
- Kunden- und Serviceorientierung: Herausragender Service ist dir wichtig
- Selbstmotivation und Ambition: Du übernimmst Verantwortung und willst wachsen
