We're launching an exciting new project focused on the Dutch market, and we're looking for Dutch-speaking professionals with full professional proficiency who are motivated, curious, and ready to kick-start a career in recruitment.

Your Profile
No prior recruitment experience required — motivation is key
Fluent in Dutch with full professional proficiency (mandatory) and a good command of English
Eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
Positive, solution-oriented, and results-driven mindset
Strong commercial awareness and appetite for challenges
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Your Responsibilities
Identify and engage candidates on the Dutch market
Support candidates throughout the full recruitment process
Understand client needs and match them with relevant profiles
Gradually develop your consulting and advisory skills
