Principales responsabilités :
Gestion complète du recrutement
: de l'identification des talents à l'évaluation des candidats, jusqu'à la négociation des offres
Développement commercial stratégique
: identifier les opportunités clés, prospecter proactivement, négocier les contrats et renforcer les relations avec les clients
Leadership commercial
: accompagner les entreprises en tant que partenaire stratégique en leur proposant des solutions sur mesure
Expansion du réseau
: développer notre présence sur le marché technologique, notamment dans le domaine du cloud, en tirant parti de son réseau
Mentorat & transmission
: partager les meilleures pratiques avec les consultants juniors et contribuer à la réussite de l'équipe
Profil recherché :
Expérience confirmée en recrutement 360°
avec un historique de succès en facturation et un focus sur le développement d'affaires
Fibre commerciale
et capacité à négocier et gérer des relations business de haut niveau
Orienté(e) résultats
, habitué(e) à dépasser tes objectifs dans un environnement challengeant
Passion pour la tech
et compréhension des tendances du marché IT, notamment le cloud & Salesforce
