Reporting to the Sales Support Manager, the Sales Support Specialist (Temporary – Maternity Cover, 6 months) is responsible for supporting the Sales Team in Portugal by preparing offers, managing customer requests, and ensuring smooth administrative processes that are essential for customer satisfaction and team efficiency. This role plays a key part in maintaining service continuity during the maternity leave period, while providing an opportunity to gain valuable experience in a dynamic and collaborative team. This position is part of the Sales Support Team, located in Derio (Spain), and will be hybrid (3 days on-site, 2 days remote).

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Supporting the Sales Team by preparing offers and handling customer requests (email and phone).

  • Managing the shared inbox, responding to both internal and external customer queries.

  • Preparing documentation for public tender processes and supporting ongoing opportunities.

  • Ensuring timely follow-up on offers and requests to deliver excellent customer service.

  • Collaborating with colleagues to cover daily workload and achieve common objectives.

The essential requirements of the job include :

  • Previous experience in administrative and/or sales support roles (minimum 2–3 years).

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.

  • English at a working level (sufficient for onboarding and internal interactions).

  • Portuguese proficiency (for internal and client interaction)

  • Experience in public tender processes is a plus.

Reportando al Sales Support Manager, el/la Sales Support Specialist (temporal – cobertura de maternidad, 6 meses) será responsable de apoyar al equipo de ventas en Portugal preparando ofertas, gestionando solicitudes de clientes y asegurando procesos administrativos fluidos que son esenciales para la satisfacción del cliente y la eficiencia del equipo. Este puesto desempeña un papel clave en el mantenimiento de la continuidad del servicio durante el período de baja por maternidad, al mismo tiempo que brinda la oportunidad de adquirir una valiosa experiencia en un equipo dinámico y colaborativo. Este puesto forma parte del Sales Support Team, ubicado en Derio (España), y será en modalidad híbrida (3 días presenciales, 2 días en remoto).

En este rol, tendrás la oportunidad de:

  • Apoyar al equipo de ventas preparando ofertas y gestionando solicitudes de clientes (correo electrónico y teléfono).

  • Gestionar el buzón compartido, respondiendo a consultas tanto internas como externas.

  • Preparar documentación para procesos de licitaciones públicas y apoyar en las oportunidades en curso.

  • Asegurar el seguimiento oportuno de ofertas y solicitudes para ofrecer un excelente servicio al cliente.

  • Colaborar con colegas para cubrir la carga de trabajo diaria y alcanzar objetivos comunes.

Los requisitos esenciales del puesto incluyen:

  • Experiencia previa en funciones administrativas y/o de soporte a ventas.

  • Buen conocimiento de las herramientas de Microsoft Office.

  • Inglés a nivel de trabajo (suficiente para el onboarding e interacciones internas).

  • Portugués nivel alto (para interacciones con cliente externo e internas)

  • Experiencia en procesos de licitaciones públicas es un plus.
