Objetivo del Puesto

Brindar apoyo al departamento de Recursos Humanos en la gestión diaria de los procesos relacionados con la administración de personal, reclutamiento, formación y desarrollo, garantizando la correcta aplicación de las políticas internas y contribuyendo a ofrecer una experiencia laboral excepcional acorde a los estándares de un hotel 5 estrellas superior.

Funciones y Responsabilidades Principales

1. Apoyo en Administración de Personal

Colaborar en la recopilación y actualización de la documentación del personal.

Apoyar en el control de asistencia, vacaciones, bajas y altas en sistemas internos.

Mantener al día los archivos y bases de datos de RRHH.

2. Reclutamiento y Selección

Participar en entrevistas iniciales y cribas curriculares.

Apoyar en la incorporación de nuevos empleados (onboarding).

3. Formación y Desarrollo

Apoyo en la coordinación de formaciones internas y externas.

Dar soporte en la logística de cursos, convocatorias y registros de asistencia.

Ayudar en la evaluación de la efectividad de la formación.

4. Comunicación Interna y Clima Laboral

Colaborar en la organización de actividades de bienestar y eventos para empleados.

Apoyar en la difusión de comunicaciones internas y boletines informativos.

Recoger sugerencias o incidencias relacionadas con el personal.

5. Cumplimiento Normativo y Cultura Corporativa

Promover los valores y la cultura del hotel, contribuyendo a un ambiente profesional y acogedor.

Perfil Requerido

Conocimientos y Habilidades:

Interés en el sector hotelero de lujo.

Buen manejo de Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Nivel medio-alto de inglés; se valorará conocimiento de otros idiomas.

Habilidades comunicativas, empatía y discreción.

Capacidad organizativa y atención al detalle.

Competencias Personales:

Orientación al servicio y actitud positiva.

Confidencialidad y responsabilidad.

Trabajo en equipo y capacidad de adaptación.

Proactividad y ganas de aprender.
