Position Title

Sales & Marketing Intern (Cold Calling & Outreach)

  • Duration:
    3 months
  • Engagement: Part-time or full-time (negotiable)
  • Location: Remote
    , with the possibility of occasional in-person meetings if needed

Important: This internship
does not include a fixed salary
. Compensation is
commission-only
based on new clients brought to the company.Key Responsibilities

During this internship, your primary focus will be
sales and client acquisition
for Agents-ian's services and training programs:

  • Conduct
    cold calls
    and outbound outreach to B2B and B2C leads
  • Follow up with leads via phone, email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and other digital channels
  • Professionally present and explain the company's services (AI training programs, AI agents, automation solutions for businesses)
  • Schedule
    demo/consultation meetings
    between qualified leads and senior team members
  • Support in preparing call scripts, outreach messages, and sales copy
  • Accurately document activities and outcomes in CRM/spreadsheets and report regularly to the CMO

Learning & Development Opportunities

This internship is designed for you to gain
real, hands-on experience in sales and marketing
, not just perform basic tasks:

  • Direct mentoring in marketing and sales
    from the company's CMO (strategy, sales funnels, messaging, follow-up, objection handling, etc.)
  • Practical exposure to
    B2B and B2C sales funnels
    in the education and AI services sector
  • Experience working with modern tools: CRM, automation platforms, and AI tools for marketing and sales
  • For those interested:
  • The opportunity to
    practice and learn how to build AI agents and automation workflows
    (e.g., using n8n, APIs, sales/support agents, integrations with WhatsApp, websites, etc.)

Upon successful completion of the internship and demonstrating professional commitment:

    (for LinkedIn and your CV)
  • There may be opportunities for continued collaboration on a project basis or in future positions, depending on performance and company needs

Compensation Structure

  • This is a
    commission-only
    internship with
    no fixed salary
  • You will be paid a 15–20% commission
    on each new client that you personally bring in and that is successfully closed
  • There is no cap on earnings; the more deals you close, the more you can earn

    Spanish or English
