About the Role

We're looking for a
Sales & Marketing Intern

to join our Madrid office.

You'll work closely with the
Sales and Marketing teams

, supporting initiatives that directly impact business growth — from identifying potential clients to crafting campaigns and testing AI tools that improve how we communicate and sell.

This is not a "coffee internship". You'll learn real skills, work on meaningful projects, and gain hands-on experience in how a fintech startup sells, markets, and scales across Europe.

What You'll Do

  • Support the Sales team in
    prospecting, research, and lead qualification

.
- Assist Marketing in
creating and optimizing campaigns, content, and automations

.
- Experiment with
AI tools

(ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, N8N, etc.) to improve outreach and workflows.
- Help coordinate
commercial activities

— events, reports, CRM updates, and data analysis.
- Collaborate with other teams (Product, Operations, Marketing) to keep projects moving forward.

About You

  • You're studying a
    Bachelor's or Master's

in Business, Marketing, Economics, Communication or Finances.
- You're
curious, proactive, and love learning

about financial institutions, startups, and AI.
- You have great
communication and organizational skills

- You're comfortable working in
Spanish and English

(B2 or higher).
- You're independent but love collaborating and sharing ideas.
- You bring positive energy and enjoy taking ownership of tasks.
