Role Description

Grupo Quispe is seeking a
Marketing & Analytics Intern
to join its team in Madrid starting
January 2026
. This is a
full-time, on-site internship
designed for a highly motivated individual interested in understanding how marketing, operations, and data come together to drive business growth.

The intern will assist the Marketing & Strategy department in
analyzing restaurant performance
,
supporting marketing initiatives
, and
translating data into actionable insights
that inform decision-making and brand strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect and organize performance data from internal and external platforms (Revo, Glovo, Covermanager, Meta, etc.)
  • Support ongoing marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives
  • Monitor key business metrics related to sales, customer behavior, and satisfaction
  • Assist in preparing analytical reports and presentations for management
  • Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and growth opportunities

Qualifications

  • Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
  • Genuine interest in analyzing performance data and creating insights from it
  • Basic understanding of marketing strategy, customer behavior, and business performance
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and curiosity to learn
  • Ability to adapt to a
    dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Currently pursuing a degree in
    Marketing, Business Administration, Data Analytics or a related field
  • Fluency in Spanish (obligatory)
