About The Role
This on-site Dutch-speaking Sales Development role is ideal for ambitious candidates who want to build a career in business development, sales prospecting, and modern digital engagement. You will identify potential customers, qualify leads, and support the expansion of a global tech-driven business environment. This role requires strong communication skills, commercial awareness, and the ability to build rapport quickly.

What You Will Do

  • Identify and qualify potential business leads in the Dutch-speaking market
  • Conduct outbound calls and respond to inbound prospects
  • Understand customer needs and match them with appropriate product solutions
  • Maintain accurate lead documentation in the CRM
  • Support the pipeline building process for the sales team
  • Collaborate with colleagues to improve strategy and lead-generation quality
  • Participate in workshops and coaching sessions to strengthen your sales skills

Required Skills & Profile

  • Fluent Dutch and strong English
  • Confidence in communicating with business prospects
  • Interest in sales, negotiation, and client engagement
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Valencia
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools is a plus
  • Eligibility to work in the EU

Work Conditions

  • On-site in Valencia
  • 39h/week, Monday to Friday, 9:00-18:00
