You will receive in-depth training to help you become confident in communication skills, product knowledge, and customer engagement strategies.

Your daily tasks will include consulting with small and medium-sized business customers, handling both inbound and outbound professional interactions, identifying critical performance gaps, and helping clients understand how to use digital tools effectively. You will be expected to maintain accurate notes in the CRM system, follow internal quality standards, meet performance benchmarks, and cooperate closely with team leaders who will support your growth. You will also collaborate with experienced mentors who will coach you throughout your onboarding and beyond.

This role requires strong communication skills in Dutch and English, a natural ability to identify customer needs, and a genuine interest in technology. You do not need previous experience in the field, but experience in customer service, solution consulting, or technical advisory can be valuable.
