- Extensive experience in one or more of TA Europe's business lines
- Proven success in client relationships, business development and sales in consultancy
- Deep understanding of our Spanish market; Spanish nationality or strong local ties
- Fluent in Spanish and English; additional languages such as Portuguese, Catalan, German or French are a plus
- International experience and strong network within the real estate industry, as well as experience as a speaker at industry events
