About the Role

At Verisure, we are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Digital Experience & CMS Specialist to manage, optimize, and continuously improve our corporate website.
 

You will ensure that our corporate digital presence delivers an outstanding brand experience through high-quality content, intuitive design, and data-driven insights.

Based in Madrid, this role combines content management (via Drupal CMS and WYSIWYG editors), web analytics (GA4, GTM), and technical knowledge of HTML/CSS to ensure that every page performs well in both user experience and business impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Corporate website project management along with the team lead.
• Manage and update content on our corporate website using Drupal CMS and Bootstrap-based templates (N1ED).
• Create and maintain new pages aligned with corporate brand and communication objectives.
• Ensure web structure, menus, and tagging remain SEO-friendly and accessible.
• Implement and maintain tracking through Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4, defining events, conversions, and dashboards.
• Collaborate with a variety of stakeholders, e.g., Comms, Marketing, Design, Investors Relations, and ESG and Development teams.
• Analyse user behaviour and site performance to recommend actionable improvements.
• Coordinate with developers for technical maintenance and feature deployment.
• Maintain documentation of content workflows, tagging standards, and analytics configurations, as well as titles and meta description creation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• C1 English level (Spanish or additional European languages are a plus).
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Communications, or Web Design/ Development.
• 3+ years managing web content through Drupal or other major CMS (WordPress, Sitecore, AEM).
• Understanding of HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap-based layouts.
• Excellent fit with Verisure DNA, as well as strong organization, prioritization, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing multi-language or multi-market websites.
• Familiarity with A/B testing and UX optimization tools.
• Basic understanding of JavaScript and dataLayer logic.
• Strong experience with GA4 and GTM, including custom events and performance dashboards.
• Working knowledge of SEO principles and accessibility standards.
