About the role
We are looking for a proactive and skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our international Talent team. In this role, you will support International hiring needs, managing the full recruitment lifecycle across multiple departments and business areas. You will work closely with our Talent Partners and hiring managers to identify talent needs, build strong pipelines, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.

What you'll be doing
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing and screening to offer management and closing
- Build, maintain, and take ownership of talent pipelines to ensure quality and timely delivery
- Source and engage candidates through multiple channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, and local networks
- Draft and publish clear and engaging job descriptions across relevant platforms
- Maintain accurate applicant information within the ATS and ensure efficient workflow management
- Coordinate with universities and educational institutions to support internship or early-talent programs
- Deliver a professional, inclusive, and positive experience to all candidates throughout the hiring process
- Partner closely with PeopleOperations teams to ensure smooth handovers during the offer and onboarding stages
What you'll bring
- 2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or recruitment, ideally working across a variety of business functions
- Experience managing full recruitment cycles and balancing both active and passive pipelines
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to work independently
- Excellent written and spoken English and Spanish
Nice to Have:
- Experience recruiting for fast-paced or high-volume environments
- Familiarity with university partnerships or early-career programs
- Comfort interacting with senior-level stakeholders
