As our Global Senior Talent Attraction Specialist you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that we attract and hire the right people at the right time across regions and cultures, while delivering an exceptional candidate experience. You will help align global hiring needs with business growth and workforce planning, contributing to a diverse and high-performing organization. This role will among others include a strong focus on partnering with our Sales & Marketing organization to support their recruitment needs.

More specifically, you will be:

• Driving the end-to-end recruitment process globally from profile definition and search to interviewing, selection, and contracting
• Building strong partnerships with hiring managers across geographies, guiding and coaching them on global hiring strategies, structured interviewing, and selection best practices
• Conducting interviews, including assessment-based interviews, and providing insightful feedback to hiring managers
• Contributing to global recruitment improvement initiatives and cross-functional projects that elevate our talent acquisition capabilities

Less About Us, More About You
We are looking for a Global Senior Talent Attraction Specialist who is genuinely motivated by finding the right talent and driving change in our global recruitment process. You will achieve this by meeting your surroundings with a smile and establishing a trustful environment with candidates and hiring managers.

To succeed in this role, we envision that you:

• Have extensive experience in managing end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple countries and regions – preferably from tech and energy industry
• Have proficient hands-on experience with candidate sourcing on LinkedIn, interviewing, and evaluation
• Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers across cultures
• Are characterized by adequate extroversion and a mix of high drive, result, and process orientation
• Hold a relevant master's degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or similar

As we are an international organization it is important that you are fluent in English
