Overview
We are looking for our new
Senior Account Executive
with a track record of surpassing quotas, and y ou would be joining the Sales Team in our Madrid office.

Your expertise and dedication will play a pivotal role in driving innovation, empowering our clients, and shaping the future of the digital landscape. As an integral part of our team, you'll be at the forefront of selling our industry leading MFT, API, and Cloud SaaS products, enabling businesses to revolutionize their operations. Responsibilities

  • Direct New Business sales and Account Management responsibility for the Spain Territory
  • Execute and overachieve quarterly revenue and bookings targets.
  • Working with the sales management team to establish direct sales, through a strategic territory plan, and additional market development strategies for the defined territory accounts
  • Develop and coordinate strategic activities with clients to further develop the business relationship.
  • Together with management build strategic partnership with local SI companies to further establish Axway's penetration within specific verticals.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns & programs to build pipeline
  • Build and drive new sales pipelines across designated verticals and/or territories to meet agreed targets

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of experience in on-premise & Cloud/SaaS based software solutions sales, ERP and business application and/or Middleware sector, as Direct Sales Executive in Spain.
  • Good relationship and contacts in the very large accounts in Spain.
  • Hunter, always willing to extend his footprint and to grow the revenue.
  • Expert to achieve revenue goals with a rigor based on measurable and ambition indicators (Excellent in Execution).
  • Strong, dynamic, determined and customer-oriented personality with power of endurance.
  • Ability to work as a sales leader to motivate and engage Axway presales, services, marketing, partner and support teams in customers' project.
  • Enjoy working in trust and autonomy with a high-level sense of ethic & responsibility.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English
  • Degree level or equivalent: Master in business administration, Engineering, Business Informatics or similar.
  • Ready to travel when required (not very usual, but for trainings at Axway Corp or visits out of Madrid)
