Digital Account Executive (B2B, Madrid)

We are a Poland-based advertising agency 360 working with international clients.

We are looking for a Digital Account Executive based in Madrid, who will act as a local digital account, supporting client communication and coordinating digital projects in close cooperation with our agency team.

This role requires regular on-site presence in Madrid and is offered as a B2B cooperation (self-employed).

Your role

This is a mid-level, client-facing digital account role.

You will support client in their digital activities, understand their goals and strategies, and translate them into clear tasks for the agency team.

Content creation is occasional and supportive.

Your responsibilities

  • Acting as a digital account contact for our client in Madrid
  • Communication and meetings with our client in Spanish
  • Understanding clients' digital objectives, social media strategies
  • Coordinating digital and social media projects
  • Supporting planning, timelines, and ongoing campaign execution
  • Collaborating closely with account managers and creative teams
  • Monitoring digital activities and supporting basic performance discussions
  • Creating simple on-site content (e.g. quick videos or basic visuals) when needed
  • Supporting local operational tasks when required

Requirements

  • Spanish: native speaker level (mandatory)
  • English: very good, working language with the agency
  • Experience in a digital account, social media, or digital marketing role
  • Good understanding of digital and social media strategies
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Based in Madrid and available for on-site work
  • Self-employed status (autónomo) or willingness to register

Nice to have

  • Previous experience in an agency environment
  • Experience working with retail / FMCG brands
  • Ability to create basic social media content when needed
  • Familiarity with digital performance metrics
