About The Role:

As part of the Urology Marketing team, the Marketing Support Intern contributes to the coordination and execution of activities that enhance engagement with healthcare professionals and support the team's commercial objectives.

This role involves assisting with event logistics, managing product allocation priorities, and maintaining virtual simulators used in medical trainings. The intern will also collaborate on digital marketing initiatives, including updating campaigns on SalesCloud and creating social media content for marketing events.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Assist with logistics for congresses, trainings, and other events, ensuring smooth coordination and timely execution.
  • Help prioritize pending product allocation orders and support communication with EMEA HQ stakeholders to share sales updates.
  • Maintain and organize virtual simulators used during healthcare professionals (HCP) events.
  • Update and improve digital campaigns using the SalesCloud platform and contribute to creating social media content for marketing events.
  • Monitor and manage sample inventory to ensure availability for events and requests.
  • Support the process for Rezum certification by liaising with relevant teams and tracking progress.

What Are We Looking For In You?

  • Graduated on a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Biomedical Engineering, or related field.
  • Fluent in English & Spanish (B2+).
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks under tight timelines.
  • Detail-oriented with good planning and coordination abilities
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., SalesCloud, social media)
  • Interest in healthcare and medical technology industry
  • Proactive attitude and willingness to learn new systems and processes
