Role Description

We're looking for

Marketing Intern (20 hours/week) to join our team in Madrid and support both digital and local marketing initiatives. This is a paid internship with real responsibility and direct collaboration with our Marketing Manager and founders.

You will support content creation, social media, email marketing, and e-commerce, while also helping bring the brand to life through events, collaborations, and local activations.

What you'll do:


• Create, edit and schedule content for Instagram, TikTok and Pinterest, with a strong focus on video


• Support video editing using tools like CapCut, Premiere Pro (or similar)


• Assist in planning and executing our content strategy and digital marketing calendar


• Support email marketing campaigns (Klaviyo)


• Help manage and optimize our Shopify online store (content updates, product pages, launches)


• Track and report basic performance metrics (social media insights, Google Analytics, email results)


• Support local marketing actions: events, partnerships, brand activations and collaborations


• Assist with influencer / creator outreach and coordination

Internship details:


• 20 hours/week (flexible schedule depending on academic availability)


• Hybrid (mix of on-site + remote)


• Based in Work Your Face Studio – Madrid center


• Paid internship (study allowance depending on profile)


• University internship agreement required (convenio de prácticas obligatorio)

Qualifications


• Currently studying a Bachelor's or Master's in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Advertising, Communication or similar


• Comfortable using content creation tools like Canva and/or Adobe


• Strong interest and skills in video editing (CapCut, Premiere Pro or similar)


• Interested in beauty, wellness and lifestyle brands


• Creative mindset + attention to detail


• Organized, proactive and eager to learn in a real, fast-moving environment


• Good communication skills and ability to work with a team

Bonus points if you have:


• Basic knowledge of Shopify and/or Klaviyo


• Familiarity with Google Analytics


• Experience creating content for social media (personal or professional)
