Intern - Cloud Field Marketing

You'll join a collaborative team responsible for marketing Akamai Cloud, working closely with cross-functional teams to help define and execute marketing strategies and support events around the world. This internship offers meaningful exposure to real-world field marketing in a global technology company.

As a participant in our program, you will gain valuable experience and contribute through meaningful project work. You will have the opportunity to join us for training, networking events, and engagements with company leadership. Our internships are open for current students.

Partner with the best

In this pivotal role, you'll support the execution of field marketing strategy and operations. You'll help coordinate marketing events and campaigns, support post-campaign activities, and use data to understand what works and why. By collaborating with multiple teams, you'll gain practical experience that helps expand our global marketing reach.

As a Marketing Intern, you will be responsible for:

• Supporting Field Marketing Managers with the planning, setup, and delivery of marketing campaigns and events
• Helping coordinate event logistics, communications, and follow-up activities
• Assisting with post-campaign tasks, including lead management and data updates
• Helping analyse campaign performance and regional results against KPIs and targets
• Collaborating with multiple teams to ensure campaigns run smoothly

To be successful in this role you will:

• Be currently studying toward a Bachelor's in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
• Be excited about marketing, events, and technology
• Have good written, verbal, and presentation skills, and enjoy working with others
• Be a self-starter who is comfortable working in a dynamic environment
• Be hands-on, organised, and eager to learn
• Be fluent in English (additional languages are a bonus)
