Are you passionate about social media, influencers, and digital marketing?

Olistic is looking for an
Influencer Marketing Intern
to support our team and gain hands-on experience with real campaigns on Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms.

Important:
This internship
requires a university agreement (convenio universitario).
What You'll Do
As an intern, you will assist the Influencer Marketing team in key tasks:

  • Researching and identifying influencer profiles on Instagram and TikTok
  • Supporting product shipments and tracking logistics
  • Reviewing content to ensure compliance with brand guidelines
  • Managing calendars and publication schedules
  • Collecting basic campaign metrics (reach, engagement, views)
  • Assisting in creating simple campaign reports and tracking results
  • Organizing documents, materials, and files for the team
  • Providing general operational support, fostering autonomy and teamwork

What We're Looking For

  • Native Italian speaker (preferred)
  • Interest in influencer marketing, social media, and digital marketing
  • Good Spanish and/or English skills
  • Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented
  • Quick learner and team player

Internship Details

  • Type: Internship (requires university agreement)
  • Start: Immediate
  • Working hours: Full-time or part-time (flexible)
  • Work model: On-site or hybrid
  • Duration: Minimum 6 months
  • Location: Madrid

Conditions

  • Start: As soon as possible
  • Working hours: Full-time, Monday to Thursday 9:00 – 18:00 & Friday 8:00 – 15:00
  • Work model: Hybrid (3 days in the office, 2 days remote)
  • Location: Madrid City Center
  • Contract: Full-time position
