We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic (Customer Journey Expert – AI Voicebot

to join our Remote Channels & AI Connection Team of (Human Connection tribe).

The responsibility of this team is to develop the new ING voicebot and our way of working is Agile.

Your key responsibilities:

• You will provide a broad knowledge of ING transversal customer processes. With special care for customer satisfaction and voicebot absorption.
• You will have an end-to-end responsibility for the customer journey definition of the processes and overcoming the challenges to make them happen during the voicebot communications with the customer.
• You will have the responsibility together with the PO of implementing the strategy to provide innovative and secure validation methods in our voicebot and customer satisfaction.
• You will design and present the new processes and customer journeys, having in mind requirements in a multichannel view.
• You put yourself in customers' shoes, assess the wishes and needs of customers ( internal and external) and anticipate this, and focus continuously on improving the journeys we are offering.
• Positively contribute to develop the cognitive engine of ING's new voicebot
• Co-create the best-in-class customer experience in our voicebot.

For us, a Computational Linguist is someone who:

• Knows about: Natural Language Processing projects. Particularly working with Google Dialogflow CX although knowledge in other chatbot development tools would also be welcome.
• Can: Communicate clearly (written and oral) to different stakeholders (advanced English is required)
• Is curious about:
  • Training and maintaining Bot's models of understanding (NLU)
  • Developing and deploying the conversational architecture
  • Labeling: capable of developing guidelines in close cooperation with the labelling team
  • Version control software (GIT)
  • Knowledge of Python and specific NLP libraries (NLTK, Spacy, Hugging face...) and Google Cloud architecture would be desirable.
• Loves to:
  • Keeping abreast of new emerging technologies in the field of natural language processing (e.g. generative AI)
  • Work as a team, taking advantage of his strong communication skills.
• Defines himself/herself as a team player. Flexible, dynamic, capable of working in multidisciplinary environments in coordination with the rest of the areas

Buscamos a una persona con talento y entusiasmo para unirse al equipo de Remote Channels & AI Connection dentro del Human Connection Tribe. Este equipo tiene como responsabilidad desarrollar el nuevo voicebot de ING, trabajando bajo metodología Agile.

Tus principales responsabilidades:

• Aportarás un conocimiento amplio sobre los procesos transversales de usuarios/as en ING, con especial atención a la satisfacción y a la adopción del voicebot.
• Serás responsable de definir de principio a fin los recorridos de las personas en los procesos, superando los retos que surgen durante la interacción con el voicebot.
• Junto con el/la Product Owner, implementarás estrategias innovadoras y seguras para la validación en el voicebot, siempre priorizando la satisfacción de quienes lo utilizan.
• Diseñarás y presentarás nuevos procesos y recorridos, teniendo en cuenta los requisitos desde una perspectiva multicanal.
• Te pondrás en el lugar de las personas (internas y externas), evaluarás sus deseos y necesidades, anticipándote a ellas y buscando siempre mejorar los recorridos que ofrecemos.
• Contribuirás activamente al desarrollo del motor cognitivo del nuevo voicebot de ING.
• Co-crearás una experiencia de uso excepcional en nuestro voicebot.

Para ING, una persona experta en Lingüística Computacional es alguien que:

• Sabe sobre: proyectos de Procesamiento de Lenguaje Natural (PLN), especialmente con experiencia en Google Dialogflow CX (aunque también valoramos conocimientos en otras herramientas de desarrollo de chatbots).
• Puede: comunicarse con claridad (oral y escrita) con diferentes personas interesadas en el proyecto (se requiere inglés avanzado).
• Tiene curiosidad por:
  • Entrenar y mantener modelos de comprensión del bot (NLU).
  • Desarrollar y desplegar arquitecturas conversacionales.
  • Etiquetado: capaz de crear guías en colaboración con el equipo de etiquetado.
  • Software de control de versiones (GIT).
  • Conocimientos de Python y bibliotecas específicas de PLN (NLTK, Spacy, Hugging Face...) y arquitectura de Google Cloud (deseable).
• Disfruta de:
  • Mantenerse al día con tecnologías emergentes en el campo del PLN (como IA generativa).
  • Trabajar en equipo, aprovechando sus habilidades comunicativas.
  • Definirse como una persona colaboradora, flexible, dinámica y capaz de trabajar en entornos multidisciplinares en coordinación con otras áreas.
