Como Account Executive, serás responsable de prospectar y desarrollar tu cartera (pipe) de clientes potenciales. También te encargarás de la totalidad del ciclo de venta hasta su cierre definitivo.

Tus próximas misiones:

  • Gestionar prospectos desde la fase de cualificación hasta el cierre (70% outbound / prospección activa; 30% inbound / contactos entrantes).
  • Practicar la escucha activa para comprender las problemáticas de los clientes potenciales y saber reformularlas.
  • Destacar la propuesta de valor de Combo, adaptándola a las necesidades del prospecto durante la presentación de la solución.
  • Ser proactivo en la prospección de leads para mantener un flujo de ventas regular e importante, con el fin de alcanzar tus objetivos y los del equipo.
  • Esta lista es orientativa y puede evolucionar. Te integrarás en un equipo con un fuerte espíritu colectivo, ambicioso y apasionado por resolver los problemas de sus clientes.

Serás el perfil ideal si:

  • Tienes un mínimo de 2 años de experiencia en la venta de soluciones SaaS B2B (idealmente en los sectores FoodTech, HRTech o RetailTech).
  • Eres proactivo/a, con temperamento de "cazador" (hunter) y gusto por los retos.
  • Eres una persona rigurosa y organizada por naturaleza.
  • Eres un auténtico jugador de equipo (team-player).
  • Tienes una excelente comunicación oral y escrita.
  • Dominas las herramientas comerciales (Salesforce) y las técnicas de venta.

  • Management Fit: Entrevista con Clément, Sales Manager (60 min).
  • Skill Test: Prueba de habilidades/caso práctico (60 min).
  • Culture Fit: Entrevista final para encaje con la cultura de la empresa.
