Klarity is an early stage UK-based predictive analytics company that provides preventative health solutions. Its proprietary mortality and morbidity risk prediction models leverage advanced data sources like wearables, electronic health records, and blood biomarkers.
Klarity empowers insurers, brokers, and employers to improve mortality risk stratification, early detection of cancer and chronic diseases, and personalised health insights for their customers and employees.
Our flagship products include:
- Next-Gen Mortality Models: Cutting-edge life insurance underwriting solutions that utilise wearable and Electronic Health Record (EHR) data to predict mortality risk with enhanced accuracy.
- Cancer Disease Screening: Comprehensive solutions for the early detection of cancer. We combine risk prediction models with pre-screening, at-home collection kits, and in-clinic appointments
- Personalised Health Plans and Goal Setting: Focused on nutrition, exercise, sleep, and emotional wellbeing to prevent health issues.
The Opportunity
Are you a strategic and results-oriented sales professional with a passion for technology and health? Klarity is seeking a UK Sales and Partnership Leader who excels in a dynamic environment and has a proven track record in leading sales efforts. In this role, you'll drive Klarity's growth in the UK by developing and executing sales strategies that target key decision-makers in the life insurance and health sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth in the UK market.
- Client Acquisition: Identify and engage with potential clients and partners, building a robust pipeline of opportunities with a focus on insurers, brokers, employee benefit providers, corporates and technology providers.
- Relationship Management: Establish and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring long-term client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Sales Presentations: Lead persuasive video presentations and product demonstrations via Google Meet, effectively communicating the value of Klarity's solutions.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, to ensure a seamless customer journey.
- Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine sales strategies and positioning.
- Revenue Growth: Achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall success and expansion of Klarity in the UK.
Requirements
- Proven Sales Leadership: Extensive experience (5+ years) in B2B sales, with a strong background in selling SaaS solutions to enterprise clients, particularly within the insurance, corporate health and wellness. employee benefits or health sectors.
- Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies that align with business goals.
- Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with key decision-makers.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to deliver compelling presentations and product demos.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using video conferencing tools and CRM systems to manage sales processes and client relationships.
- Results-Driven: A track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, with a focus on delivering value to clients.
- Adaptability: Experience working in a fast-paced, early stage, high-growth environment.
- Passion for prevention: A genuine interest in health data, analytics, and the transformative potential of predictive health solutions.
