About the Role

We're currently looking for a Sales Manager to join our team, grow our sales process, work directly with clients, and achieve ambitious results. If you have sales experience and speak Spanish fluently, we'd love to connect.

Responsibilities

  • Generate new sales and hit targets:
  • Communicate with inbound clients primarily via written communication (chat-based sales), explain our offer, and convert leads into paid customers for our premium educational programs and services.
  • Deliver a clear and persuasive written sales pitch that highlights product value and benefits.
  • Handle objections and answer client questions in chat to achieve high conversion rates.
  • Apply effective closing strategies to finalize deals.
  • Support clients with any requests or questions related to our products.
  • Maintain CRM hygiene:
  • Track each lead and update their status in the sales funnel.
  • Follow up according to the required sales sequence to close deals.
  • Keep client records and CRM data accurate and up to date.
  • Fill in daily sales reports.
  • Optimize the sales process:
  • Analyze your own performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Suggest improvements to sales scripts and client interaction workflows.

Qualifications

  • Spanish level C1–C2 with fluent written and spoken communication.

Required Skills

  • Strong objection handling skills: Clear understanding of common sales objections and how to overcome them.
  • Active listening skills and the ability to tailor the offer to each client's needs.
  • Excellent written communication skills: Ability to build trust and establish strong client relationships through chat.
  • Clear, confident delivery of product value in written form.
  • High stress tolerance and self-management: Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to multitask under pressure.
  • Persistence and discipline in achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Preferred Skills

  • Relevant experience: Experience selling educational products, premium services, or digital offerings is preferred.
  • Interest in financial markets, trading, or cryptocurrencies is a strong plus.
