Business Development Representative

We are looking for a German-speaking Business Development Representative to join an international sales team supporting businesses across EMEA.
Key Responsibilities-
Achieve quarterly Sales Qualified Opportunity (SQO) targets

Manage a portfolio of assigned accounts and identify growth opportunities

Conduct outbound calls and emails, including cold outreach
-
Engage with decision-makers and assess business needs
-
Match customer challenges with suitable digital solutions
-
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM systems
-
Contribute to individual and team KPIs such as productivity and conversion rates
-
Native-level German and fluent English
-
Experience in B2B sales, outbound sales, or business development
-
Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills
-
Comfortable working with targets in a phone-based sales environment

Good general IT skills and confidence using CRM tools

Ability to identify decision-makers and understand business needs

Goal-oriented, proactive, and resilient mindset

Experience in cold calling and managing account portfolios

Exposure to IT or digital solutions sales and understanding of the local business environment are considered a plus

Full-time position (39h/week, Monday–Friday)

Hybrid working model – Barcelona

€25,440 gross/year + up to €6,360 performance-based bonus
