Position: Business Development Representative (German)
Location: Barcelona, Spain (hybrid role)
Employment type: contract
Renumeration: base salary + perfromance bonus.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Drive new business by identifying high-potential prospects and achieving quarterly SQO targets
- Execute outbound calls and emails to engage decision-makers, understand needs, and present tailored cloud solutions
- Educate clients on available technologies and align solutions with their business goals
- Maintain accurate CRM records (Salesforce) and ensure smooth handover of qualified opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to maximize conversion rates and overall pipeline performance.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience
- Native/fluen level of German and strong English communication skills both verbal and written
- Previous experience in outbound or B2B sales, ideally within IT or cloud solutions
- Understanding of cloud computing and consultative sales principles
- Proactive, target-driven, and comfortable working in a phone-based environment
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.

- Gross €23,876 + up to 3.408€ gross/year in bonus

- Relocation package including Flight ticket, Accommodation in a nice individual studio for the first month (contingent upon availability)
- • Fluent Dutch and excellent English communication skills
• Experience in outbound/B2B sales or business development (ideally in IT or cloud solutions)
• Basic understanding of cloud computing and Google Cloud Platform concepts. - You'll generate sales pipeline for Google products in the Dutch market as part of a major BPO's BDR/SDR team.
Full-time (39h, Mon–Fri) hybrid role based in the World Trade Center, Barcelona — right by the sea.
Classic outbound + qualification role with strong processes, brand recognition, and a high-quality sales environment.
