We are looking for a Travel Coordinator
 to join our amazing team in Madrid, where we design and oversee the journeys we curate, and where you will work with a close-knit network of choice collaborators that make us the really top DMC we are. The candidate will work directly with one of our Travel Designers.

Our ideal candidate is a passionate traveler, smart and super-organized. We work for people with high standards (we have them, too), both on an individual and corporate level. We are flexible, but we like to have everything under control. And we aim to exceed expectations. Up for it?

We are a small business with a great team, it is extremely important for candidates to be team players and be comfortable providing support to other areas of business. Candidates should be willing to grow and evolve with our company in our journey in Travel.

Previous experience in Travel will be highly valued. English is a must. Salary will be commensurate with experience and education.

Position Summary

  • Working closely with your Travel Designer in assisting with operations and trip requests, negotiating rates and confirming suppliers.
  • Processing all travel reservations and services, working closely with hotels, guides, transfer companies and other suppliers.
  • Working with Accounting to make sure bookings are confirmed and correctly processed.
  • Serve as on call-emergency-contact on a rotation basis during weekday and weekends after office hours as needed.
  • Conduct special projects as requested by the Manager/Supervisor.

Requirements

  • Diplomatura/BA
  • 2 years experience in the Travel Industry. A Luxury Travel Agency would be preferred.
  • Very high level of English compulsory. C-1 minimum.
  • Knowledge of Axus, Office, Mailchimp, Instagram.
