Destination Management Company
specialising in bespoke travel experiences across Spain & Portugal. As we grow, we're refining how we work with our suppliers & partners and how we structure and maintain our product and pricing information.

We're looking for a
Supplier Relations & Product Coordinator
to support and improve how we manage relationships with our supplier partners, contracts, and product data.

What you'll be responsible for

  • Maintaining and strengthening relationships with hotels, guides, transport providers, and experience partners
  • Working closely on contract management and rate negotiations with our supplier partners
  • Keeping our product and pricing database accurate, structured, and up to date
  • Managing seasonal price changes and updates across our partner network
  • Supporting Trip Design and Operations with reliable partner and product information

Who this role is for

  • Someone with experience working with suppliers & partners in travel, hospitality, or a DMC/tour operator
  • Comfortable handling rates, contracts, and detailed product information
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive
  • Excellent English (Spanish required; Portuguese a plus)
  • Based in or near
    Sevilla
