- DAZN produces innovative live and original content and we are looking for a Production Coordinator for Spain As Production Coordinator at DAZN, you'll be part of the revolutionary, global sports streaming service & rights holder of La Liga, EuroLeague and a large portfolio of other sports In this exciting role, you will work on our non-live productions and assist on our live unilateral events within the Spanish market.- With a love and knowledge of football and other sports, combined with a keen eye for organisation and administration, from a background in TV Production, and fluent language skills (Spanish & English), you will manage all logistics and coordination for the projects mentioned above, including helping to coordinate requirements for all onsite production activities, plus support the Production Manager on a daily basis.- The Production Coordinator may occasionally be required to work on La Liga match days and may also be required to travel to shoots where necessary to assist the Production Manager.- Get in touch with us to find out more**As our new Production Coordinator, you'll have the opportunity to**:

- Handle the bookings of production companies, filming crews, freelance contractors, commentators and talent, ensuring that they are set up correctly in our payment systems and that agreements are in place
- Assist the Production Manager with the planning & execution of non-live shoots as required, including facility/equipment and personnel planning, scheduling, budgeting & logistics
- Assist the Production Manager with raising purchase orders and processing invoices for all freelancers and suppliers
- Assist the Production Manager with the creation of several databases to ensure that all relevant information is well organised and up to date.
- Assist the Production Manager with the tracking of all costs for each production, event or service provided
- Ensure all travel logistics & hotels are booked where required in line with production budget and travel policy
- Produce & distribute call-sheets for multiple non-live productions
- Produce risk assessments with the help of the Production Manager
- Main Contact for Health and Safety requirements, e.g. Covid 19 Testing and Health & Safety Forms for onsite productions
- Maintain communication with delivery partners, freelancers, suppliers and between internal departments
- Assist the rest of the Resources team with any activity related with the live productions, e.g. accreditations, health & safety, travel logistics and distribution of call-sheets
- Travel occasionally to events as and when required to act as a support to the onsite Broadcast Manager or Broadcast Coordinator

**You'll be set up for success if you have**:

- Previous experience of working as a production coordinator or assistant in a similar role
- Experience in broadcast productions
- Experience managing logistics of complex projects
- Accounting and/or business administration knowledge
- Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook advanced user
- Fluent language skills in both Spanish and English, both written and oral
- Strong organizational skills & attention to detail
- Ability to act decisively and strong problem-solving approach required
- Self-motivated and willing to take initiative
- Ability to work under pressure, to strict deadlines and handle last minute changes
- Technical knowledge related to television & digital production
- Willingness to travel when needed and be onsite
