- **100% office based with shifts e.g. Broadcast Ops**, and access to our internal speaker series and events.**As our new Operation Coordinator, you’ll have the opportunity to**:
- Booking feeds and signals into the Madrid Facility to ensure production and live to broadcast
- Liaise with the whole DAZN Operations team in Madrid (Bookings Coordinators / Postproduction Coordinator / PCR operator) and with external technical staff provided by the Production Facility’s supplier in Madrid, Spain
- Work closely with the operation & production teams to overview and improve the needed personal and equipment resources in the whole Operations processes and areas for Spain
- Pre-Planning and organization of all live and non-live content needed
- Coordinate any last-minute production changes as well as technical needs and feeds for the DAZN Spanish Team
**You’ll be set up for success if you have**:
- Proven experience in TV Production, Sports and the broadcast environment with up-to-date knowledge of broadcast technical equipment and how it all fits together
- Fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken)
- A deep understanding of Operations and Production processes
- Ability to set priorities, goals and timetables to achieve maximum productivity
- Teamwork and collaboration skills to accomplish a task or achieve a goal within a group
- Strong organizational skills, precise attention to detail and methodical approach to work, initiative, and ability to logically solve problems

- Practical problem-solving skills
- Experience working in a high-pressure environment and dealing with tight deadlines in a production or transmission environment
