Si tienes experiencia en Recursos Humanos y deseas ser el vínculo clave entre el departamento de RRHH y la operativa diaria en los hoteles, esta es tu oportunidad Buscamos a una persona organizada, proactiva y con capacidad para trabajar de manera dinámica y cercana a los equipos operativos.
¿Qué harás como HR Operations Coordinator?
Formarás parte del equipo de RRHH y serás el principal enlace entre el departamento y la operativa de los hoteles. Te encargarás de las siguientes tareas:
Visita periódica a los hoteles para resolver dudas de los empleados y asegurar que las políticas de RRHH se cumplan correctamente.
Facilitarás la comunicación entre el personal hotelero y RRHH, garantizando que la información fluya de manera eficiente.
Serás responsable de la gestión de incidencias relacionadas con los empleados en los hoteles y de trasladar dicha información a los departamentos correspondientes.
Apoyo en la resolución de conflictos menores y gestión de consultas sobre normativa laboral, contratos y condiciones de trabajo.
Supervisión y control de los procedimientos operativos y administrativos de RRHH en los centros hoteleros.
Colaborarás estrechamente con el equipo de RRHH para asegurar la coherencia en la implementación de políticas y procedimientos.

Requisitos:Requisitos mínimos:
Titulación en Relaciones Laborales, Psicología, Recursos Humanos o formación similar.
Experiencia previa en Recursos Humanos, especialmente en entornos operativos o sector hotelero.
Disponibilidad para desplazarse entre los distintos hoteles y disponibilidad para reuniones presenciales con los empleados.
Persona organizada, con capacidad para gestionar múltiples tareas y resolver problemas de manera eficiente.
Residencia en Madrid o alrededores.
