- DAZN produces innovative live and original content and we are looking for a Broadcast Coordinator for Spain As Broadcast Coordinator at DAZN, you'll be part of the revolutionary, global sports streaming service & rights holder of La Liga, Euroleague and a large portfolio of other sports In this exciting role, you will work on our live unilateral productions as well as world feed host broadcast productions within the Spanish market.- With a love and knowledge of football and other sports, combined with a keen eye for organisation and administration, from a background in TV Production, and fluent language skills (Spanish & English), you will manage all logistics and coordination for the projects mentioned above, including helping to coordinate requirements for all onsite production activities, plus support the Broadcast Manager and the Technical Producer on a daily basis.- The Broadcast Coordinator will be required to work on La Liga match days and will also be required to travel to and work at outside broadcasts where necessary to assist the Broadcast Manager.- Get in touch with us to find out more**As our new Broadcast Coordinator, you'll have the opportunity to**:

- Manage the booking of OB Providers, filming crews & freelance contractors
- Assist the Broadcast Manager with raising purchase orders and processing invoices for all freelancers and suppliers, as well as cost tracking
- Ensure suitable accreditation is arranged for each onsite crew member in line with La Liga or any other sport federation’s regulations
- Work closely with the Broadcast Manager and Technical Producer to arrange access with venues, clubs & La Liga for production facilities
- Ensure all travel logistics & hotels are booked where required in line with production budget and travel policy
- Produce & distribute call-sheets and risk assesments for multiple events
- Be main contact for Health and Safety requirements, e.g. Covid 19 Testing and Health & Safety Forms for onsite productions
- Maintain communication with La Liga, other sport federations, rights holders, delivery partners, suppliers and between internal departments
- Travel to events as and when required to act, depending on the complexity of the event, either as a support to the onsite Broadcast Manager or as the main DAZN contact for all on site activities.
- Assist the rest of the Resources team with the planning & execution of non-live shoots as required, including facility/equipment and personnel planning, scheduling, budgeting & logistics

**You'll be set up for success if you have**:

- Experience working as a production/broadcast coordinator or assistant in a similar role
- Experience in broadcast productions
- Experience managing logistics of complex projects
- Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook advanced user
- Fluent in both Spanish and English, both written and oral
- Strong technical knowledge related to television & digital production
- Strong organizational skills & attention to detail
- Ability to act decisively and strong problem-solving approach required
- Ability to work under pressure, to strict deadlines and handle last minute changes
- Willingness to travel as needed & be onsite for extended periods
- Driving License

**Even better if you have**:

- Previous experience with high profile sports
- Knowledge of accounting and/or business administration
