**What's your new role about?**:
If you are passionate about sport and are interested in using your experience in an operational environment in the very exciting area of **Live Broadcasting Services**, then DAZN is the place to be At DAZN you will play a key role in the operations team, making sure all of DAZN´s sports events reach our platform.

As Bookings Coordinator, you will help to ensure that our live **global Broadcast teams** have every small element required to successfully broadcast every second of sporting content to all our consumers around the world.

You’ll be part of a **collaborative and supportive** team, in a fast-paced environment, where you’ll juggle lots of information and requirements and understand how our global infrastructure comes together, so you can bring video signals in, direct and distribute them wherever needed. You´ll have the opportunity to be responsible for all DAZN Spain device allocation, and **production facility capacity** planning and work really closely with our global Booking Teams (Munich/Milan/Leeds).

This role will be based in Madrid, Spain

**As our new Bookings Coordinator, you’ll have the opportunity to**:

- Be the referent person for Bookings Spain Team and other territories
- Scheduling of events within ScheduleALL with correct TX timings & technical device allocation
- Be involved in the planning with external Spanish stakeholders week by week (incoming/ outgoing fibres and signal circuit)
- Liaising with key external & internal stakeholders to obtain required information for successful event delivery
- Managing daily workloads and responsibilities with other team members
- Tracking requirements/resources in Spanish Facilities (monthly reports)
- Clear and precise documentation, detailing end to end workflows and process
- Flexibility to be supportive of the whole Spanish Operations Team

**You’ll be set up for success if you have**:

- Proven knowledge of broadcast technology equipment and extended experience in a high pressure, tight deadline and challenging environment
- Fluency in Spanish and in English (verbal and written)
- Previous use of ScheduALL or similar software
- Knowledge of Mediagenix WON or a similar scheduling system
- A deep understanding of the Bookings process and requirements
- High level of organization and precision
- Microsoft Office knowledge and skills (Excel and Power Point professional level)**Even better if you have**:
