Embrace the new way of building softwareWhat You'll Do At PegaPenetrate into and radiate within a number of accounts within the Spanish public sectorLeverage creative prospecting techniques and AI-powered insights to break into large organizations and establish executive-level relationships.Demonstrate Pega's agentic AI capabilities through experiential selling, getting prospects hands-on with our GenAI innovations to accelerate their understanding of transformational value.Build trusted advisor relationships with C-level executives and key stakeholders across target organizations.Develop and execute territory strategies that maximize new business generation opportunitiesUtilize predictive analytics and AI-guided selling tools to optimize pipeline development, RFP responses and accelerate deal progression.Partner with Pega's ecosystem to create compelling value propositions that resonate with prospects' specific business challengesWho You AreA results-driven enterprise software sales professional, passionate about creating new trust and excited by the possibilities of agentic AI. You care about the business outcomes of public sector organisations, excel at creative prospecting, and are energized by the challenge of introducing transformational technology to organizations ready for AI-led innovationWhat You've AccomplishedBachelor's degree or equivalent business experienceExtensive direct enterprise software sales experienceTrack record of successfully penetrating large organizations and establishing executive relationshipsDemonstrated expertise in creative prospectingStrong foundation in consultative selling with ability to articulate complex technology value propositionsExperience with AI-powered sales tools and modern sales methodologiesKnowledge of business automation, digital transformation, or enterprise software solutionsProven ability to work effectively in fast-paced, high-performing team environmentsOutstanding presentation and communication skills with C-level executives.
