About your day-to-day:

As Head of Marketing you will join the Senior Leadership Team to take full ownership for critical areas. On your day to day you will blend strategy with execution—defining positioning, building repeatable demand generation programs, and collaborating closely with Sales and Delivery to turn insights into action.

• Strategy & Positioning: Define our market position, develop messaging for key customer segments, and ensure consistent storytelling across all channels. Partner with Sales to refine our narrative based on real deal feedback.

• Demand Generation: Build integrated inbound and outbound programs (content, SEO, events, PR, outbound sequences) with clear metrics across the full funnel. Test, optimize, and drive pipeline quality.

• Go-to-Market Execution: Collaborate with Sales and Delivery to package our AI services, test pricing models, and create competitive positioning in AI market

• Branding: Develop case studies, thought leadership, and strategic partnerships that build trust and expand our reach in target markets.

• Team Leadership: Manage our current junior marketer and agency relationships. Design the future team structure as we scale. Work closely with the CEO and leadership team to align priorities.

This is for you if you have:

• At least 8 years of experience in B2B Marketing, in AI consulting, data, engineering or technology services.

• Proven experience building and scaling GTM strategies from early stages.

• Strong background in positioning, messaging and storytelling for complex technical services.

• Hands-on experience with inbound and outbound demand generation.

• Experience designing service offerings and testing pricing models.

• Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Operations and Leadership.

• Fluency in English required; Spanish is a plus.

For this position, you must be a holder of a valid working permit for Spain (or EU passport) and be available to work full-time onsite.
