IVI RMA GLOBAL is looking for a
Senior Accountant
to join our growing team in our US Headquarters Accounting department located in Valencia (Spain). You will be responsible for preparing and maintaining financial records, support treasury actions and other related financial activities enabling growth of our leading reproductive health organization under the Corporate Controller.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accountable for accurate and timely financial data
  • Perform treasury related duties
  • Maintain the general ledger and prepare month-end accruals for the areas assigned ensuring right level of supporting documentation and accuracy in the associated reconciliation
  • Complete intercompany reconciliations and journal entries
  • Ensure compliance with US GAAP regulations and other regulatory frameworks and internal policies and procedures
  • Maintain knowledge of acceptable accounting practices and procedures
  • Support preparation of monthly income statements and balance sheets, analyze trends and book adjusting journal entries
  • Complete balance sheet reconciliations
  • Support month -end close processes
  • Perform other analytical related duties as assigned and ad hoc accounting projects

Requirements:

Academic Training:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field

Experience
:

  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in accounting
  • Experience working with multiple entities and bank accounts
  • Experience in financial reporting systems

Technical Skills:

  • Business Central, Kyriba and SAP Concur experience – or other ERP system
  • Comprehensive understanding of US GAAP
  • Advanced MS Excel (Pivot Tables, V-Lookups)
  • Exceptional analytical and accounting skills
