5 Real Estate is Spain's fastest growing fixed-fee international estate agent. We 11 offices in the Costa Blanca and Murcia Region, with more to come. We are looking for an Accountant to join our team in Gandia.

Tasks
- Maintain the company records in good order and evolve systems to improve efficiency
- Ensure all invoices received and correctly addressed to Property Cloud SL
- Prepare monthly management accounts and review with senior management
- Prepare any invoices for payment weekly and submit to senior management for action
- Reconcile D2D bank account and credit card statements
- Reconcile Client account
- Raise invoices and Credit Notes as required
- Ensure IVA returns completed accurately and on time
- Ensure all Modelos are completed accurately and on time
- Ensure all taxes including Social Security and Corporation tax are completed accurately and on time
- Prepare forward Cashflow as required
- Review running costs and seek to reduce
- Liaise with payroll department and prepare monthly incentives
- Prepare financial forecasts and budgets

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Accounting or related field (or equivalent education)
- Strong analytical, communication, and computer skills.
- Understanding of mathematics and accounting and financial processes.
- Ethical behavior.
- Attention to detail.
