Join our Global Program Management team as Program Management Analyst in our headquarters office in Madrid. We are looking for a Program Management Analyst to play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of our programs. This position provides analytical, operational, and reporting support to help drive strategic decisions and optimize resource allocation across our portfolio.

What will you do?

• Program Performance & Data Analysis

Analyze program data, identify trends, predict outcomes, and develop dashboards to track KPIs and portfolio performance. Support financial forecasting and budget tracking.

• Data Integrity

Ensure accuracy and consistency of program data across systems like SAP and Jira.

• Strategic Analysis

Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify risks and variances, providing actionable recommendations to program leaders.

• Administrative & Operational Support

Assist program managers with administrative tasks, manage databases, and support new program rollouts.

• Process Improvement

Implement tools and methodologies to enhance productivity, identify inefficiencies, and drive data-based improvements.

• Project Monitoring & Reporting

Track milestones and deliverables, preparing clear reports and presentations for stakeholders.

• Metrics & KPIs

Develop and maintain dashboards to monitor program metrics throughout the product lifecycle.

• Financial Oversight & Budgeting

Assist with financial planning, budgeting, and expenditure tracking to ensure alignment with program goals.

• Stakeholder Engagement

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Finance, Legal, Supply Chain) to align KPIs and ensure transparency.

What are we looking for?

The ideal candidate will bring a mix of technical expertise, business acumen, and collaborative spirit to help drive strategic decisions and operational excellence.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Life Sciences, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Languages: Fluency in English
• Experience: 5+ years in program/project analytics, business intelligence, or PMO roles.

Required Skills:

• Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or life sciences industries preferred.
• Technical Knowledge:Budget management and financial analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Strategic thinker who understands how data drives business decisions.
• Self-starter with a proactive attitude and excellent relationship-building skills across functions.
• Ability to influence and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Hands-on experience with SAP, Power BI, and Jira.
• Solid understanding of project management principles (PMI, PMP, Agile is a plus).
• Travel: Willingness to travel occasionally.
